Buffalo City Mission’s Cornerstone Manor sits at the corner of North and Michigan. The spacious building provides emergency shelter for up to 16 single women and 5 families seeking protection from city streets or an abusive relationship. Up to 12 families and 46 single women can find hope and healing in the facility’s two-year resident recovery program.
Cornerstone Manor Women and Children’s Shelter is a welcome relief from the uncertainties and fear homeless women and families face. For many, it’s the closest thing to home. Our medical student volunteers have a chance to work in the clinic at Cornerstone manor alongside other volunteers and physicians.
